Avantika University celebrated the 6th Foundation Day on 11th September 2022. The 6th Foundation Day of the university was celebrated at the campus in presence of esteemed guests, staff, and the students in attendance. Dr. Bharat Sharan Singh, Director – MPPURC Bhopal, was the Chief Guest for the event while Dr. K P Sahu, Secretary – MPPURC Bhopal, was the Guest of Honor for the event.

The Foundation Day celebrations commenced with the invocation of the World Peace Prayer. The Vice-Chancellor, Nitin Rane congratulated everyone on occasion and presented the annual report. He also shared the vision and goals of the University in the years to come.

The addressing by the guests was followed by the inauguration of the Centre for Languages. Next up was the Felicitation of Faculty and staff who have completed 5 years at the University. The recipients were felicitated and praised for their services at the University.

Next in line was the Avantika University Foundation Day award. The University started the Avantika Foundation Day award on the 6thFoundation Day. The first Foundation Day award was presented to Prof. Kirti Trivedi for his contribution to the growth of Avantika University, the Design fraternity, and Design Education.

The program proceeded with the distribution of Appreciation certificates to the students who have outperformed in various sports, the Distribution of Certificates of Photography competition, and the Felicitation of Rupal Joshi, Assistant Professor, School of Design.

The Foundation Day lecture followed the felicitation and addressing by the guests. The Foundation Day lecture was delivered by Dr. Sanjay Dhande, Chancellor, Avantika University.
