Students, staff, and faculty at Avantika are connected via G Suite email accounts. G Suite includes Gmail Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Google Sites, Google Calendar Google Hangouts, Google+, Google Keep, Google Vault, etc. In addition to wired networks, the campus has three wireless networks to enable uninterrupted communication.
The Turing computer center provides high-end computing systems for students which include 60 Intel i7 with Windows-10 PCs and 20 iMacs, connected with wired and wireless networks. The lab also has Sharp and HP Multifunctional Printers and Plotters. All the systems are well-equipped with the latest versions of Design and Engineering software, including Math works, Solid works, 3D CAD Software, Creo, PTC, and Adobe Creative Cloud. All the information on the systems has been secured by Symantec Threat Protection.
The classroom experience at Avantika is enhanced by Impartus Lecture Capture System. This system ensures that students never miss out on learning or re-learning, as the recorded lectures are available for review anytime, anywhere, and at their own pace. The system includes learning tools for easy revision, asking questions, interacting with peers, and better interaction with faculty.
The Dnyaneshwar Library at Avantika has initiated an online resource center that would enable students to access information anytime, anywhere. These digital options include Delnet - promoting sharing of resources among a network of libraries by collecting, storing, and disseminating information and by offering computerized services to the users; E-PG Pathshala which provides high-quality, curriculum-based, interactive content in different subjects across all disciplines; Vidya-Mitra - a facility for searching and browsing hosted content wherein a learner gets easy access to the desired material including audios, videos, texts, multimedia-enriched material, etc. through a single interface, along with a large collection of e-books, e-magazines, and e-newspapers.
The Avantika University Campus is completely cashless, thanks to the mandatory usage of the Avantika Payment Card. This multifunctional Smart Card covers utilities of access, identity, and payments all across the campus. The Avantika Smart Card has been provided to all members of Avantika University inclusive of students, faculty, and staff.
The safety and security of the students and staff are paramount at Avantika University. Access to all the labs and classrooms is restricted via the use of the Smart Card. Alongside, CCTV Capture has been installed to monitor all entries and exits to the main building and residential areas to ensure round-the-clock security.
