B.Sc. Fashion Studies is a four-year comprehensive undergraduate degree program that introduces students to the science and technology associated with the world of fashion. Throughout the course, the students are continuously challenged and evaluated on the basis of numerous projects. These projects will guide you through the design process, from conceptualizing ideas to selecting the perfect fabrics and mastering garment construction techniques. You will gain insights into business strategy, marketing, and branding, allowing you to bring your designs to life. Students will get an understanding of the history of fashion, consumer behavior, and textile science. The state-of-the-art infrastructure with modern labs featuring sketch labs, industry-standard multimedia lab, photography, and shooting floor facilitate advanced growth and research. Moreover, the hands-on training on basic concepts of design such as fabric selection, stitching techniques, and construction, and computer-aided design (CAD) tools prepare students to become the confident designers of tomorrow. By the end of the program, you'll be well-prepared to explore the exciting future of fashion. Amar Mithapalli has done Diploma in Fashion design from JRVGTI, Pune and M.Sc. in Fashion Design from YCMOU, Nashik with elite candidature. A professional with intertwining experience in Industry and Academics, Amar holds more than 11 years of academic experience in leading institutes across India and has worked with various corporate houses as a designer, project consultant, production manager and fashion show coordinator. A pioneer in the experiential learning of Fashion Design, his client list boasts of renowned designers like – Hemant Trivedi, Vikram Phadnis, Ken Frns and many more. Amar has choreographed numerous fashion shows across Pune, Mumbai, Indore and Goa. Apart from being one of the most prominent choreographers in Western and Central India, he also has strong international clientele across Europe. Amar firmly believes that "Educators are Innovators" and with this philosophy his passion for educating and adding value to student's lives is undeterred.

An additional amount of rupees 10,000 is payable as a security deposit during admission. This amount shall be refundable on completion of the academic program.
The Hostel facility is available on first-come-first-served basis. Hostel and Mess facility is available on the campus at an additional cost. The hostel facility shall be Twin Non-AC accommodation. The mess facility shall include Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks and Dinner.
Loan
Students Loan facility will be available to the students securing admission to the university. Disbursement of the loan is as per the banks' terms and conditions.

Refund Policy
Avantika University will cancel an Admission only if the student fails to meet the Entry Requirements. The complete fees will be refunded within 15 days of cancellation of admission.
A student opting to withdraw his/her admission will be entitled to the refund of fees as detailed:

Fees shall be refunded to the student within fifteen days from the date of receiving a written application from him/her towards cancellation of admission.
All legal disputes if any will be in the Ujjain Jurisdiction only.
