Dheeraj has pursued masters in Product Design from MIT Institute of Design, Pune. A graduate in automobile engineering, Dheeraj hosts interdisciplinary skills of an engineer and a designer, blending both to deliver cutting-edge design solutions and strategies. With three years of experience in the design fraternity, he has worked with Studio Alternatives in Pune where he was indulged in upcycling industrial and household waste to curate different products and propagate this knowledge to create awareness about design through lucrative workshops. He has also worked with Pathways World School in Gurgaon as a Product Design faculty, sowing the seed of design as a creative and critical thinking tool at the school level, through crafting design-based teaching strategies and modules. With his experience, Dheeraj has come to believe that, Design has the power to bridge the gap between the old and the new, the rich and the poor, the abled and the differently abled. With a keen interest in academics, he finds passion in wide-spreading design education and training the budding designers for their pursuit.
