Harshita Choubey holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honors) degree, followed by a Master of Laws in Criminal Law, where she achieved the second-highest merit in the university. Beyond her academic accomplishments, Harshita has successfully navigated the competitive realm of legal academia, demonstrating her proficiency by qualifying for the UGC NET Exam. This achievement not only reflects her profound understanding of legal intricacies but also underscores her dedication to making meaningful contributions to the field. Participating in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, Harshita's passion for legal writing and research is evident through the publication of research papers in UGC CARE-listed journals. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Harshita leverages her extensive academic background and practical knowledge to enrich her teaching. Specializing in Jurisprudence, Public International Law, Humanitarian Law, Family Law, Law of Torts, and Criminal Law, she imparts her expertise to the upcoming generation of legal minds.
