5^th Sep 2020, I-Connect session, Just 10 seconds to impress someone with portfolios, Hiren Dedhia, the Design Head at Diageo, rendered an informative session on portfolio building. Hiren Dedhia is the Design Head at Diageo. He has previously worked with Landor, J.Walter Thompson, Grandmother India Design Pvt. Ltd., and with Makani Creatives.

Hiren has shared his opinion about the exploration and experimentation in projects to showcase one’s personality. He emphasized the importance of thumbnails and the presentation of how it can be of the essence. He also focused on the ways to be mindful and confident in an interview and keeping up with the times to avoid unintended plagiarism. Appended, Design is no doubt a field of creativity, but it’s challenging and innovative to opt for as a career now that the industry has boomed.
