Despite reeling under the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, Avantika University has reported one of its best placements in 2021-22. Hiring experts attributed this increase in recruitment and salary packages to the increasing transition towards digitization in the last two years, especially in the technology industry.

The Career Services team at the University has successfully placed 81% of students from the 2022 graduating batch. The team will continue to extend support and provide opportunities to those who are yet to receive their desired career option. The top recruiters for this season were Deloitte, BCG, PhonePe, Brillio, IBM, Newzera, Motifworks, Sectona, Cognizant, Onlinesales.ai, Think Design, etc. The average package for the season was 13 LPA while the highest package was 20 LPA.

Additionally, the career services team will also start a fresh Placement Season for graduating batch of 2023 with renewed enthusiasm.
