Dr. Vladimir Kulish is an established academician with a focused interest in Thermo-Molecular Physics, Applied Mathematics, and Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Kulish has a Dr. Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Russian Academy of Sciences, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas), and M. A. in German Language & Literature from the Goethe Institute (Luxembourg). Before Avantika, Professor Kulish was associated with the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) as a regular faculty member for over 17 years. An ardent academician and researcher, Dr. Kulish's primary research interests are in the area of mathematical modeling of energy-informational transport processes, including transport phenomena in biological systems. Professor Kulish has been instrumental in developing a mathematical method (nowadays known as the method of Kulish). It allows solving complex problems in the areas of energy transport processes (e.g., ultra-fast heat transfer, start-up flows in nano-channels) and signal processing (e.g., biological signals such as electroencephalograms, electrocardiograms, and forecasting the behavior of multi-fractal time series). A celebrated author of six books and more than hundred publications in professional journals and peer-reviewed conference proceedings, Dr. Kulish is a holder of several prestigious awards for his scientific achievements. Currently, Dr. Kulish is Distinguished Professor and Vice-Chancellor of Avantika University.

Prasheel Suryawanshi is an established academician with a focused interest in Systems and Control, Signal Processing, Computing, Mechatronics, and their intersection towards Cyber-Physical Systems. He has a Doctorate in Control Systems from College of Engineering, Pune. Dr. Prasheel has more than 2-decades of experience in academics, research, and consulting, and his proficiency as a teacher and researcher has been widely acknowledged. Dr. Prasheel has pursued a deeper understanding of the dynamics between Design and Engineering, with a focus on Design-Centered Education. This liberal approach aims at, transcending disciplinary boundaries, creating new directions, giving birth to new ideas, and having the confidence to bring about a change. A passionate researcher, Dr. Prasheel’s primary research interests are in sliding mode control, uncertainty and disturbance estimation, active disturbance rejection control, and autonomous systems. He has made significant contributions in robust control, by combining uncertainty estimation techniques with sliding-mode control, and developing simultaneous state and disturbance observers for uncertain systems. Dr. Prasheel has received research grants to the tune of INR 5-million and contributed significantly in engineering and educational consulting. A celebrated author of 4-books, 3-book-chapters, and over 50-research papers in archival journals and peer-reviewed conferences, Dr. Prasheel is also the author of several monographs, technical reports, and white-papers. A Senior Member of IEEE, Dr. Prasheel is a holder of several prestigious awards for his scientific and professional achievements. Currently, Dr. Prasheel is Professor and Director of Avantika University, Ujjain. The guiding thought of his life is, "DO NOT GO, WHERE THE PATH MAY LEAD, GO INSTEAD WHERE THERE IS NO PATH AND LEAVE A TRAIL”.

Dr. Yogesh Bhalerao is a committed educationalist, administrator and researcher. He competed his Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the then University of Pune. His PhD work entitled 'Thermal Analysis of Grinding Process' was well received and appreciated by distinguished experts in the domain. He has also been the proud recipient of the 'Young Scientist Award' from Department of Science and Technology (DST), India under the FASTTRACK Scheme. He continues to pursue his post Ph.D. research from the Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool, United Kingdom. Through the many years of his work in the higher education sector, he has gained a rich experience that can be flexibly deployed across domains and functions. He has worked at all level of teaching practice and presently is leading the MIT Academy of Engineering as the Director, in its progression. As the Director, he continues to exercise leadership, demonstrate vision, and empower others to deliver the agreed Institutional strategies and objectives and achieve the highest possible standards of excellence. As an academician, Prof. Bhalerao has introduced innovative patterns, methods and designs of education. He continues to experiment with his teaching and leadership styles to effortlessly adopt to fresh challenges and opportunities. He has a strong publications record and his outputs continue to contribute to and make impact in the field of Engineering, Education and Administration. Prof. Bhalerao brings along his profound experience, progressive vision and enthusiastic efforts to all the endeavors he undertakes.

Prof. Shitalkumar A Jain is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering. His interdisciplinary research interests cover mobile ad hoc network, wireless sensor network in agriculture environment and distributed image processing. Prof. Shitalkumar A Jain is pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering in the area of ad hoc networks from NMIMS University, Mumbai. He is actively involved in research and development activities in the college and has received the funds of Rs. 3,40,000/- from BCUD, SPPU, Pune.
