Former Director-IIT Kanpur
Padma Shri awardee, Dr. Sanjay Govind Dhande is a notable Indian engineer and educationist. He was the former director of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur. Dr. Dhande is currently mentoring Avantika University as the Chancellor and Distinguished Faculty Member. Presently, he is a member of the Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister of India. He even served as a part-time member of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Through charters for the Indian Institutes of Science for Education and Research (IISER) at Pune and Kolkata, he is actively assisting the Government of India to craft the vision documentation. Dhande has extensively worked in the field of Computer Aided Design, Rapid Prototyping, Rapid Tooling and Reverse Engineering. He was instrumental in developing AUTOLAY, an innovative CAD technology for the Indian Aeronautical Development Agency is currently in use by leading aircraft manufacturers around the world, and even utilized for the construction of light combat aircraft in India. He was also the founder director of PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur - a beneficiary of the protocol signed by the Prime Ministers of India and Japan. Under the aegis of the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Dhande has even established the Indian Institute of Saddlery Technology and Export Management (IISTEM) at Banther near Kanpur to develop the traditional technology available in the region.
Prasheel Suryawanshi is an established academician with a focused interest in Systems and Control, Signal Processing, Computing, Mechatronics, and their intersection towards Cyber-Physical Systems. He has a Doctorate in Control Systems from College of Engineering, Pune. Dr. Prasheel has more than 2-decades of experience in academics, research, and consulting, and his proficiency as a teacher and researcher has been widely acknowledged. Dr. Prasheel has pursued a deeper understanding of the dynamics between Design and Engineering, with a focus on Design-Centered Education. This liberal approach aims at, transcending disciplinary boundaries, creating new directions, giving birth to new ideas, and having the confidence to bring about a change. A passionate researcher, Dr. Prasheel’s primary research interests are in sliding mode control, uncertainty and disturbance estimation, active disturbance rejection control, and autonomous systems. He has made significant contributions in robust control, by combining uncertainty estimation techniques with sliding-mode control, and developing simultaneous state and disturbance observers for uncertain systems. Dr. Prasheel has received research grants to the tune of INR 5-million and contributed significantly in engineering and educational consulting. A celebrated author of 4-books, 3-book-chapters, and over 50-research papers in archival journals and peer-reviewed conferences, Dr. Prasheel is also the author of several monographs, technical reports, and white-papers. A Senior Member of IEEE, Dr. Prasheel is a holder of several prestigious awards for his scientific and professional achievements. Currently, Dr. Prasheel is Professor and Vice Chancellor of Avantika University, Ujjain. Kuntal is a National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad alumnus with a diverse experience in both industry and academics. His interest lies in Education for Sustainable Development, Systems studies and development, Space-Structure and form, Communication Technology, Science and Liberal Arts, Environmental concerns. As a specialist in Product Design, he has been associated with DC (H), NCPDDP, NIVH, and Taj Khazana. With a deeper interest in handicraft sector, he has even developed the Bamboo and Cane Development Institute, Agartala, and Srinagar Craft Development Institute. Further, he has been significantly involved in UNDP Fibre and Handicraft Impact Assessment and Evaluation as well as “Handmade in India: Handicrafts of India.” He is also a regular faculty member at Dhirubhai Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gandhinagar, engaged in developing and operationalizing the Master in Design (M. Des) program in Multimedia. Kuntal was an Assistant Professor, Incharge H.O.D. FOR PreDesign at MIT Institute of Design (MITID). Kuntal has been actively associated in a range of areas, from livelihood and youth forum facilitation to design for sustainable development. He had been a part of the shelter redesigning team assigned to develop sustainable shelter for the aborigines (Onges) of Andamans after the tsunami. Kunal is conferred with Coronation Badge of His Highness from the King of Bhutan, 2014. He is also an Honorary Fellowship of Global Exchange in Leadership Initiatives (GEILI), 2012.
Mahesh D Goudar
School of Engineering
Dr. Goudar has a Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering (Ph.D. (Electronics)) from Indian Institute of Technology, Dhanbad. With a Post Graduate degree in Electronics Design Technology (M.Tech. (EDT)), and a Bachelor degree in Electronics & Communication (B.E. (E & C)), Dr. Goudar has focused his interest in the field of Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation. He has 13 years of industry experience and 17 years of experience in teaching, research and consultancy. He has represented India, as a mentor and expert, in the Electronics skill at the World Skills Competition 2013 at Leipzig, Germany and World Skills Russia 2014, Yekaterinburg, Russia. He has also represented India, as a mentor to the Indian team, in the Mobile Robotics skill at World Skills Competition 2015, Euro Skills 2016, World Skills 2017 at Sau Paulo (Brazil), Gothenburg (Sweden) and Abu Dhabi (UAE), respectively. He also has the honor of receiving a ‘Medallion of Excellence’ for team India in the skill of Mobile Robotics. He has been felicitated by FICCI, at the hands of Shri. Dharmendra Debendra Pradhan, Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, at the 6 th Global Summit and World Skills India for his immense contribution towards skill development. Dr. Goudar has also received a research and consultancy project fund of Rs. 40 lakhs. He is a member of reputed professional societies like IET, IETE, IEI and ISTE, and has 34 publications in reputed National and International journals. Dr. Goudar is Professor and Coordinator for School of Engineering at Avantika. He believes in the doctrine - ‘Be the change you wish to see in the world’.
Sanjay is a Civil engineer from IIT Bombay, Class of 1984. Later, he did his Master of Design in Industrial Design at Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay in 1986. In an industrial career spanning about 20 years, he has served Indian industries in senior design positions - starting as Industrial Designer in Uptron India Ltd, Lucknow designing color televisions and electronic appliances for 7 years. He joined Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting since its inception, as Head of Product Design in 1993 and worked for 10 years. He and his design team helped Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting build design and innovation as its core business strengths and differentiators. Sanjay is a Motorola trained Green Belt of Six Sigma Quality Mission, Wipro. He joined MIT Institute of Design, Pune as Founder Director - Academics and helped build the institute as one of the most sought-after design institutes in India in last decade. He contributed to building various academic collaborations with prominent design institutes from Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe and UK. Sanjay strongly believes that 'learning' and 'creating' should be intense joy for everyone involved in it.
Rakesh has a Ph.D. from the Central University of Allahabad, UP, India in Steady and Unsteady Hydro Dynamical Flows and Heat Transfer Problems. He is a thorough academician with over 20 years of experience and has held senior positions in the Department of Mathematics across renowned educational institutions from India. Before Avantika, he was the Professor and Head, Department of Applied Science and Humanities with ITS Engineering College Greater Noida, Dr. A P J Technical University, UP, India. Beyond this, he has also had international teaching experience with BITS Pilani at their Dubai Campus, and at Jazan University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Rakesh has published several research papers and conference papers. He has also co-authored curriculum books on Mathematics for Engineering students.
Arts and Design
Hemant is a Professor with Avantika University. He is an Artist, along with being an Art and Design Educationist. He has a Ph.D. from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in Drawing and Painting. With over 20 years of teaching experience, he has worked as a Principal, HOD, Art Director, and Guest Lecturer at various renowned private and government educational institutions. Before Avantika, he was the Principal at SDPS Women’s College. He was also associated with Government Fine Arts College, Indore as the Assistant Professor (Art Director). His expertise lies in Mural Design, Graphics, Etching, and Sculpture. Moreover, he has mastered Indian traditional Folk painting and Wash Techniques. He has won several national and international awards, including National Kalidas Puraskar. Additionally, he has been instrumental in conducting a variety of workshops and has authored several research papers and publications for Art, Design, and Education.
Manesh is a dedicated academic professional with a collective experience of over 15 years.He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute (HBTI) Kanpur, followed by a PhD in Chemical Engineering and Technology. His research interests include Fuel Cell Technology, Non-conventional Energy, Mass Transfer, Energy and Environment. Over the course of his academic journey, he has authored and presented over 18 research papers in journals and conferences of international repute. He has been credited for drafting numerous monographs, technical reports, and white papers. He is member of professional societies like IIChE, ISTE and IAENG. He was awarded the Best Teacher of the Year, 2013 at MIT Academy of Engineering and received citations for contribution in academics, research and institution building.
Ajit Kumar Sharma
Ajit has a Ph.D. from Allahabad University, Allahabad in Chemistry: Polymer nanocomposite material. Before Avantika, he was a Post Doctorate Fellow in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Ulsan, South Korea. He has also been with associated with Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur as the Project Scientist for a variety of different projects. He has over five patents registered under his name in India and South Korea as a co-inventor. He has co-authored variety of publications in the field of Nanocomposite material and green chemistry for environmental and energy applications. For his significant research work, he has been associated with Ministry of Forest and Environment, New Delhi as the Junior and Senior Research Fellow. His academic and research competencies lie in Innovative Green Technology, Photocatalytic materials, Composite material for Li Battery, Wastewaters Treatment, Gas Purification, Organic Pollutant Removal and Recovery, Water splitting and Hydrogen production (artificial photosynthesis), Additive for warm mix asphalt (WMA) production.
Muthupandian is a passionate researcher with a Masters in Engineering (ME) on Power Systems from Annamalai University, India. His research interests include characterization and modeling of advanced electron devices, in particular, nanoscale multiple-gate MOSFETs and organic thin film transistors and carbon-based devices. Muthipandian even has an MS in Electronics with a Ph.D., from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona, Spain. His doctoral research mainly focused on the development of compact models for multi-gate MOSFETs using advanced transport models. Muthupandian was a visiting researcher with Institut de Microélectronique, Electromagnétisme et Photonique (IMEP-LAHC) and DOLPHIN Integration, Grenoble, France. As part of his post-doctoral research with Universitat Rovira i Virgili, Spain, he was working on modeling of Organic thin-film transistors. As the research associate at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering for Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, he was involved in implementing compact models in the i-MOS developing team. Muthupandian was a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Universidade de Brasilia, Brasil, working on modeling of 1D nanostructures for analog electronics. He has even authored and co-authored more than 20 technical papers.
Ambar is an experienced academician with an M. Eng in Communication Systems from BITS, Pilani, India. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. His areas of interests include iterative channel coding, visible light communication, 5G, and wireless sensor networks, all applicable into the domain of wireless communications. Before Avantika, he has been associated with the Northcap (formerly ITM University) in India as an Assistant Professor. During his Ph.D., he was bestowed with several opportunities to work for teaching assistantship across a variety of subjects related to communication systems in International School of Engineering (ISE) and Graduate school for web administrative work. During his academic journey, Ambar also received various scholarships, mainly prestigious graduate school scholarship, 90th-year Research Scholarship, and Overseas Academic Presentation Scholarship during his Ph.D. Before this, he received Govt. of India’s GATE scholarship for his master’s degree in India. His work has been published in several international journals, and he has visited many countries in Asia and Europe for scholarly presentations and conferences.
Sanyukta Kashalkar- Karve
Sanyukta is an ardent researcher and academician. She has her Ph. D. in Music on Gurukuls of Modern Era from SNDT Women's University, Mumbai, where she was also a visiting faculty member. Interestingly, one of her papers based on Guru Shishya Parampara received inclusion at CET Academic Programs of University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA for the two courses of Indian Music (Hindustani Vocal and Kathak). After her post-graduation in Music, she qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (NET-JRF) from University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. Her research interest includes Exploring Indian Music and Culture and Women Musicians, with many of her papers being published in national and international journals. With an interdisciplinary approach towards seeking and imparting knowledge, her education interest lies in a variety of fields like Theatre, Films, Human emotion and character design in Films, Interior Design and Mass Media. Moreover, she has been an active participant at various dramas, thematic shows of All India Radio and Doordarshan. Traveling is one of Sanyukta's favorite leisure activities, which she believes has taught her several enriching experiences of life. She feels globetrotting helps one to be independent and contributes to understanding diverse cultures.
Gautam is an avid academician, with an active research and industry background. He has an M.S. in Physics from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Before joining Avantika University, Gautam taught Physics, and Design and Technology to students of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum at Dr. Pillai Global Academy, Navi Mumbai. As a Junior Research Fellow at Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR-UGC JRF), he was involved in experiments of Laser Cooling and Magnetic trapping of gaseous Rubidium atoms, Atomic Spectroscopy and Electromagnetically Induced Transparency (EIT). Gautam was associated with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Navi Mumbai as a Geoscientist working on Electromagnetic methods for Oil and Gas Exploration. He was the Senior Research Scientist for the Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research (SAMEER), an R&D lab of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, involved in the calculation of radiation from a LINAC (Linear Accelerator) used in cancer therapy. His interest lies in DIY approach. He is always on the lookout for Physical and Mathematical principles that underlie the working of the day to day phenomena, by making devices and toys and developing methods that could be replicated by a larger group of people through simple experiments and designs.
Rupesh is a Raheja School of Art (LSR) Mumbai alumnus with a profound experience in the field of Applied, Graphic and Communication Design. He has 17 years of industry experience varied from media, entertainment, packaging, pharma and also as art educator. He has worked as a HOD and Art Director at various corporate. Before Avantika he was working as the Head of Department in Pharma company, where he has created various brand logos and packaging designs which has great market presence. He was also associated with University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) for M.Des Transportation Design in past. His work got selected in many national level competitions and appreciated well in industry.
Rohit Lalwani is the head for Industry relations at Avantika. He has been a parallel entrepreneur, corporate and entrepreneurship coach. He teaches entrepreneurship at premium management and engineering institutes including CIIE IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, IIT Mumbai and Kharagpur etc. where he guides students to select entrepreneurship as a career option. His past work experience includes heading institutional sales for Asian Paints Karnataka, as a Business partner at Wonder Bath Pune, Marketing head for TalentBridge Technologies, Founder at Sparkpluggers Innovation Lab and Inventryx Systems Pvt. Ltd. He actively mentor’s start-ups in business development, marketing, and business strategies. He is also the enterprise scouting manager for Villgro Innovation foundation at Pune.
He has a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur, Post Graduate degree (M.Tech.) in CAD/CAM & Automation from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai and a Under Graduate Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Mechanical engineering. His research interests include Computer Aided Design, Product Design, Decision-making, Bio-inspired Design and Knowledge-Based Engineering. His doctoral research work mainly focused on capturing the intent of the designer during the early stages of design process, where information is available in vague form. He has the honor of receiving a silver Medal at his University for best Ph.D. Thesis in the Mechanical Engineering for the year 2017. He has published various research articles in peer-reviewed International Journals and International conferences. His research paper on design process automation has been awarded Certificate of Merit for the 2013 International Conference of Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Systems held at London, U.K
Rushikesh has Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from MIT Academy of Engineering (AOE). At Avantika, he is instrumental in developing the program curriculum for the engineering curricula, under the guidance of senior educationists. A keen researcher, he has a profound interest in Artificial Intelligence and Mathematical Modeling. Rushikesh has a NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) certification on space exploration. He is currently engaged on a research project about single point balancing dynamic system design analysis. He has been instrumental in working on projects focused on Robotics, with a particular interest in drone design and measurement analysis, and multi-wheel robotic platforms. Rushikesh has worked in the capacity of technical consultant for academic level research projects. He has been engaged in working on MATLAB and Simulink Model-based design approach since past few years. Interestingly, he has even developed his MATLAB library toolset that helps academician and researcher to work in the field of autonomous robotics.
Ravikumar is an Academic Associate with School of Engineering at Avantika University. He has a Masters in Engineering in VLSI and Embedded systems from MIT Academy of Engineering (AOE), Alandi, Pune. He was associated with TATA Communication Ltd as Network Associate. As part of this role, he has been awarded SOC Star recognition as the best performer during Jan 2017. He is an ardent researcher with interests in Energy Management, Smart Grid, Internet of Things (IoT). As part of his master’s program, he was instrumental in developing Smart Grid Data Management System using MATLAB Simulink. He has also authored publications for the international conferences across India on energy management systems and monitoring of transformer parameters using Internet of Things (IoT).
Dr. Vladimir Kulish is an established academician with a focused interest in Thermo-Molecular Physics, Applied Mathematics, and Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Kulish has a Dr. Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Russian Academy of Sciences, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, Texas), and M. A. in German Language and Literature from the Goethe Institute (Luxembourg). Before Avantika, Professor Kulish was associated with the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) as a regular faculty member for over 17 years. An ardent academician and researcher, Dr. Kulish's primary research interests are in the area of mathematical modeling of energy-informational transport processes, including transport phenomena in biological systems. Professor Kulish has been instrumental in developing a mathematical method (nowadays known as the method of Kulish). It allows solving complex problems in the areas of energy transport processes (e.g., ultra-fast heat transfer, start-up flows in nano-channels) and signal processing (e.g., biological signals such as electroencephalograms, electrocardiograms, and forecasting the behavior of multi-fractal time series). A celebrated author of six books and more than hundred publications in professional journals and peer-reviewed conference proceedings, Dr. Kulish is a holder of several prestigious awards for his scientific achievements. Currently, Dr. Kulish is Distinguished Professor and Vice-Chancellor of Avantika University.
Dhimant is a senior and expert faculty member with over 25 years of experience. He has worked in diverse capacities at premier institutions, namely the National Institute of Design (NID) Ahmedabad, School of Interior Design, National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Gandhinagar, Indus Valley school of Art and Architecture, Pakistan and MIT Institute of Design, Pune. Prof. Dhimant Panchal is an alumnus of the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad in Industrial Design (Product Design discipline). He has to his credit several patents and registrations for the design of hand tools, Solsons Exim, and is a recipient of UNDP Fellowship. His focus and interest spans across Product Design, Exhibition Design and Corporate Identity Program. With an expertise in developing design pedagogy in areas of Industrial design and Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory design, he has crafted academic design programs, which includes Design Foundation Programmes, courses at Basic design level as well as at advanced levels. He has extensive professional experience as a Design Consultant, where he rendered his services to industries ranging from home appliances, eyewear and jewelry, bio-medical engineering, CNC automation and tooling, as well as memento and trophy designs for various renowned organizations.
Ranjana is an experienced academician, teaching Graphic Design, Visualization, Advertising and Marketing Theory and Branding and Innovative Strategy through innovative concepts and methods regarding content and application. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the area of Colour in Brand Design from Visual Arts Department of the University of Pune. As a Senior Faculty Member, she has been with Maharashtra Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Institute of Design (ID) as the HOD for Graphic Design for more than seven years. Ranjana was a faculty member at Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune, for teaching Graphic Design, Visualization, Media Planning and Theory of Advertising and Marketing. She has also coordinated, supervised, and assessed government level exams conducted by the Directorate of Art, Mumbai. She was empanelled as an Expert Member of the Board of Studies by Bharati Vidyapeeth and D.Y. Patil College of Applied Arts (both affiliated to University of Pune), and appointed by University of Pune (CAP) as Chairperson of examinations for all Advertising theory subjects for their degree courses. Ranjana is also a professional artist endeavoring to develop artistic skills and a distinctive style. Her works of art are in the possession of Collectors and Galleries in India and abroad.
Debayan has a Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in Human-Computer Interaction Design. He has an Institute Doctoral Fellowship and Institute Postgraduate Fellowship from IIT Guwahati. He was awarded the prestigious Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship and conducted a part of his doctoral thesis at the University of Texas at Austin. Debayan is an Assistant Professor for the User Experience Design discipline at Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) Institute of Design (ID). Debayan is an ardent researcher with interests into human-computer interaction (HCI), instructional design, computer-supported collaborative work (CSCW), ubiquitous computing and social psychology. The emphasis of his research is on Human Centered studies using a firm Psychological Science and ergonomics platform with explorations in application design. His research investigated how design elements foster test performance at multiple levels of analysis, including (a) how the design of interacting components of a computer-based test GUI interacts with the cultural dimensions to shape the test outcome of the students, and (b) how individual differences at various levels of computer anxiety and computer attitude is influenced by the GUI design elements in a computer-based test format. The outcome of this research has immediate applications in Online Examination Format Design, Educational Technology and Instructional Design. He has worked on the National Program for Technology Enhanced Learning as a project to design and develop virtual learning environments for students outside the IIT system. Further, he was also involved in the design of various commercial web applications, social networking platforms and usability evaluation and redesign of various logistic web application systems.
Chaitanya is a passionate academician with a diverse experience in Manufacturing, Automation and CAD service industries. He is an alumnus of College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) with Masters in Technology (M. Tech) in Manufacturing Engineering and Automation. As an active faculty member of Industrial Design at Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) Institute of Design (ID), he is responsible for managing cognitive courses with Design projects focused on transportation and mobility. Chaitanya has worked as faculty with the Mechanical Engineering Department of MIT, Pune. As a UGC approved faculty in the Workshop Department (Under Mechanical Engineering Department), he was involved in conducting various courses for mechanical and production engineering. In the Design Center of Dana Inc., he worked on design projects of vehicle lower frames and structures (underbody components and assemblies) for various programs of GM, Ford, Toyota, and VW. He was instrumental in setting up and functioning of rapid prototyping facility and delivered turnkey projects right from design to prototyping to various clients like Tata Visteon, Taco, Apollo Tyres, IIT Powai, Sancheti Hospital, ARAI, Bill-care. As the Design Engineer at Force Motors Ltd, he was a team member of Production Engineering Department (Engine Section) and supporting activities essential for design, development, manufacture and assembly of engines for various LMV and HMV projects.
Sugandha is a creativity enthusiast with a design and aesthetic experience. She has a Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) in Applied Art from College of Art, Delhi. An active academician and professional, she was associated as the Creative Mentor and an Assistant Professor in Miami Ad School, Mumbai, and College of Art, Delhi, respectively. Sugandha has worked as an Art Director for leading global brands at TBWA, Gurgaon. Sugandha is an Assistant Professor for Graphic Design at Maharashtra Institute of Technology (MIT) Institute of Design (ID). Sugandha was the recipient of Junior Research Fellowship award by University Grants Commission, and a Silver Pencil Nomination award by D&AD for being a Tutor on a project done by students at Miami Ad School, Mumbai. She has recently submitted her Ph.D. thesis in Media Arts at the University of Delhi and is looking forward to enhancing her students’ understanding of exceptional advertising communication and design concepts.
Aroop is a Graduate of Kanpur University and has expertise in Classical Animation and Pre-production. He has over 13 years of experience in the Indian Animation Industry, with a focused six years in imparting education in animation to the upcoming and talented young people from India. Aroop studied Animation Film Making from Heart Entertainment Limited, a studio launched with the sole purpose of servicing the 2D animation requirements of Hollywood. He has trained animation students for Raj Comics, Delhi; SCMS Group of Education, Cochin; Fergusson College, Pune and PES College of Engineering, Bangalore. He has also been involved in creating the syllabus and contents for the UG level Animation Programs that are offered at Jaipur National University and Karnataka State Open University. He was a part of the core team for Dataquest Entertainment Ltd during their start-up days.
A humanitarian and public speaker, Ashwin has about two decades of experience of learning, teaching and inspiring others on the art of living through inner growth. As a monk, he has traveled the world inspiring and teaching more than 50,000 people in 35 countries. He is passionately obsessed with the desire to raise human standards by encouraging the best of humanity through technology and synergy. His journey of learning and teaching has been focused on how people evolve as we take the attention away from the self (ME) to the other (WE). Ashwin is the Co-founder and CEO of world's first network of inspiration and ideas – Ahhaa, Inc an organization that is engaged in developing Virtual Reality led Inner Growth solutions.
Diane is an innovator and a visionary marketer. She is an entrepreneur at heart and a speaker. Diane is on a personal development journey since past couple of years. As the Co-founder and President of Ahhaa, Inc Products her passion lies in bringing inspiration and kindness for future learners to enable them experience the transformative mind growth journey. In this process, she has worked and studied with the best of minds in the world, including Anthony Robbins and Monks from the Dharamsala. Before this, she was extensively associated with the Financial Services vertical, across Merrill Lynch, American Express and AIG, leading a successful corporate career. Diane holds a B.A. in Political Science/Sociology from the City University of New York.
