Improve Education by Teaching Empathy

Those who didn't believe earlier are now absolutely convinced that empathy must be taught in classrooms.

While a strong emphasis has been put on grades and scores since decades, a new direction is being envisioned for education by psychologists, economists, educationists and neuroscientists.

Stress is more troublesome for students than career practitioners and here is where empathy can have the most positive impact. Secured attachment has to be built in classrooms through effective grooming. This can make students more socially competent and confident.

Empathy also takes away the impact of repeated tension that any student might be undergoing. It builds social capital and can transform communities.

Rethink the future of education: human abilities can be shaped in classrooms and empathy can possibly reduce inequality. Empathy is the element that can make the youth more productive at work that will require human cooperation in the new world order economy.
