Bachelor of Design (BDes) - Fashion Design
Fashion Design is a unique program centered on immersing the foundational and technical design skills and nurturing student's creativity to create beautiful, sustainable, responsibly produced fashion for a complex and evolving world. The learners have the opportunity to explore their ideas, both in 2D and 3D, using a variety of techniques and approaches in exciting and challenging projects. The course has excellent links with the industry both through live projects and external competitions, as well as collaboration with industry experts, which facilitates enrichment in different frontiers of their education.

- Valid score of Design Scholarship Test (DST)
- DAT is jointly conducted by MIT Institute of Design, Ujjain and MIT Institute of Design (MIT-ID), Pune

Program Coordinator
Amar Mithapalli has done Diploma in Fashion design from JRVGTI, Pune and M.Sc. in Fashion Design from YCMOU, Nashik with elite candidature. A professional with intertwining experience in Industry and Academics, Amar holds more than 11 years of academic experience in leading institutes across India and has worked with various corporate houses as a designer, project consultant, production manager and fashion show coordinator. A pioneer in the experiential learning of Fashion Design, his client list boasts of renowned designers like – Hemant Trivedi, Vikram Phadnis, Ken Frns and many more. Amar has choreographed numerous fashion shows across Pune, Mumbai, Indore and Goa. Apart from being one of the most prominent choreographers in Western and Central India, he also has strong...onal clientele across Europe. Amar firmly believes that "Educators are Innovators" and with this philosophy his passion for educating and adding value to student's lives is undeterred.
